Audrey Collins,

Audrey graduated from the Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Program at College Francois-Xavier Garneau in Quebec in 2008.  She developed a keen interest in aquatic rehab and her post-graduate courses include VWT Healing Waters (CALA), Foundations and Advanced Aquatic Physical Therapy (CARI), Aquastretch (AquaStretchCanada), Back Splash-Chronic Back Pain (FortheLoveofFit). Her scholarly pursuits resulted in completion, in 2017, of the 12-day Valens Aquatic Course, with certification in Water Specific Therapy, Bad Ragaz Ring Method, Aerobic Conditioning for Neurological, Orthopedic and Rheumatic Patients, Aqua T-Relax and Clinical Ai Chi at Kliniken Valens, Switzerland with Johan Lambeck and Urs Gamper. Audrey was our Canadian rep at the Evidence-Based Aquatic Therapy Conference in Las Vegas in 2017!

She is a member in good standing of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, International Aquatic Therapy Faculty and Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance. She has 10 years of experience in rehabilitation and her practice focus is managing clients with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, neurological and orthopedic injuries. She practices in and around Peterborough, Audrey’s Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation. Audrey is excited to join the teaching team at CARI and to share & grow with aquatic therapists across Canada.
